This is Pencil Projects Inc. just recently finished Two-Storey Residence project design in Lipa, Batangas.  The owners are a start-up family with two kids and they wanted a house that will be Modern, unique yet simple.  In addition to these, they also wanted an open plan for Living, Dining and Kitchen areas.  Also, rooms and areas that are spacious and here are their space requirements:

  1. Living Area with Open to Below or Cathedral Ceiling
  2. Dining Area
  3. Kitchen with Breakfast Nook
  4. Entertainment Area
  5. Ensuite Master’s Bedroom with Walk-in-Closet
  6. Two Bedroom for the two Kids
  7. Two Common Toilet and Bath
  8. Family Area
  9. Maid’s Room with Toilet and Bath
  10. Service Kitchen
  11. Lanai
  12. 2-Car Garage
  13. Balcony

The most crucial part in designing a home is trying to fit all of these areas inside the roughly 250 square meter lot.   Just like all design projects, it went with through a lot of schematic layouts before we finalized a working plan and design.  Aside from the area requirements, there were other items to consider like budget, sustainability of materials, time and interior.   Even there is already a finalized schematic plan of the Batangas two-storey residence design project in Lipa, there will still be changes along the way.  This is true for every project, especially during construction.

While watching TV the whole day, I saw this Two-Storey Residence project design in Lipa and that made us remember that we still have not shared this project here.   I saw it over Empire TV Show on Colours Channel.   Check below for the image.

We will upload latest pics of exterior and interior shots of the house and share it.  Please do not hesitate to contact us, if you want to clear items or queries on how to start your dream house or structure.  Just hit the message and we will get back to you asap.
